DK Recycling was planning the commissioning of a new coal pulverizing mill (a grinding facility for coal) in an existing plant. The company was looking for an expert for the legally compliant and safe implementation of this commissioning.
In the first step, we analysed the current situation on the basis of the applicable guidelines and laws. For this purpose, one of our experts comprehensively looked at all of the available data and documents.
We controlled all of the processes and activities that were necessary for the commissioning of the coal mill and made additional recommendations for further optimization.
The customer benefited from our holistic approach in the areas of engineering, software and technology.
We were able to realize a transparent and legally compliant commissioning of the coal pulverizing mill for DK Recycling.
We also took over the complete communication with all suppliers and parties involved and acted as intermediaries.
