VNG Gasspeicher GmbH (VNG gas storage) used a document management system where the manufacturer had discontinued support. At the same time, the system was outdated and too inflexible for VNG’s requirements. The company was therefore looking for a new system.
We analysed the data of the old system, standardised some 150,000 documents and integrated the prepared data into our ADAM software solution.
In addition to software support, our support also includes active management of the hardware required for the system. Furthermore, we take care of all maintenance and repair work for the server in the data center for the customer VNG.
VNG now has a new and flexible system environment with quicker access to all inventory data. The data from the old system environment was completely integrated into a new environment.
At the same time, VNG receives an all-encompassing package of software and hardware support from a single source with a direct contact person and personal support.
